At The Pink Door, we are committed to offering the highest quality products accompanied by the highest quality customer service.
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We would be happy to accept your return. Please make sure your item(s) meet the criteria below. No exceptions.
IN STORE PURCHASES
Items purchased in store may be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase for exchange or store credit only.
Items must be in original condition and must not be damaged or worn and must have original tags on them. Items that are damaged or missing original tags will not be accepted. All Sale, custom made, personal care and intimate apparel items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
ONLINE PURCHASES
Items purchased online may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Items must be in original condition and must not be damaged or worn and must have original tags on them. Items that are damaged or missing original tags will not be accepted. All Sale, custom made, personal care and intimate apparel items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. All Sales are Final.
To start a return, you can contact us at shipping@shopthepinkdoor.com If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send the package. You can then send the item(s) back using USPS or Canada Post. Please note, we do not cover shipping costs, or offer return labels, and we are not responsible for any delays, damages or missing items during the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and you will be responsible for return postage. All items that are returned or exchanged or refunded must be sent back using USPS or Canada Post. We will not accept packages otherwise.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not hold items for returns or exchanges. All exchanges become final sale.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
